Challenge
The public needed a secure, HIPAA-compliant way to request and receive sensitive medical records online.
Approach
Architected the Azure environment (App Services, Azure SQL, ACR, Key Vault, Application Insights) and built the Angular and .NET app with Entra External ID, MFA, and reviewer workflows.

Challenge
Aerospace suppliers and primes like Boeing and GE run purchase orders, ship notices, and quality approvals through these platforms, so production issues land with real business impact.
Approach
Root-cause production issues in a large PHP codebase, harden concurrency with row locking and deadlock retry, extend X12 EDI integrations, and run the work through an agentic Claude Code workflow with MCP into Jira, GitLab, and MySQL.

Challenge
14 citizen-facing applications across 10 agencies ran on aging, largely undocumented infrastructure.
Approach
Reverse-engineered each system across Web Forms, Java, Angular, and Vue, then re-platformed onto IIS, Tomcat, and Payara with DNS cutovers and PowerShell-automated deployments.

300+ legacy Web Forms apps, roughly one per client fund, had become impossible to maintain.
Approach
Consolidated them into one multi-tenant React and .NET PWA on Azure with B2C custom policies and a configurable CMS, then shipped the iOS and Android app.

A vendor-built public audit reports portal needed a new home and a faster way to publish reports.
Approach
Took over the .NET and AngularJS application, stood it up, and automated report publishing. Added an archive, new unit types, and search and sort improvements.

    ›
    • Engineer on SupplyLine and DemandLine, Exostar’s aerospace and defense supply-chain platforms, built in PHP on an in-house framework with Propel ORM, MySQL, and Phinx migrations.
    • Resolve production issues for aerospace customers including Boeing and GE, tracing each to root cause and shipping the fix, often as a hotfix release.
    • Made shipment cancellation and PO revision APIs concurrency-safe with row-level locking and bounded deadlock retry.
    • Build and maintain X12 EDI integrations (850, 860, 856, 861) for purchase orders, change orders, advance ship notices, and receipt reconciliation.
    • Delivered quality release approval (QRA) features: inspection review workflows, QA agent dispositions, and role-based access.
    • Work in an agentic Claude Code workflow with custom skills and MCP servers connected to Jira, GitLab, and MySQL, taking stories from requirements investigation through implementation plan, AI code review, and merge request.
